Born and raised in Toronto, a city where sports are a way of life, I grew up with an unrelenting passion for movement. Whether it was hockey, basketball, soccer, or running along the waterfront, sports were always part of my lifestyle.
But everything changed in 2023. During a hockey game, a severe knee injury abruptly ended my sporting ambitions. Months of rehab, pain, and frustration opened my eyes to a problem faced by many athletes: most support solutions were rigid, uncomfortable, and poorly designed.
That’s when I had an idea—to create something different. A solution designed by an athlete, for athletes. After months of working with biomechanics experts, testing innovative materials, and refining every detail, Altix Compression Solutions was born in 2024.

After my knee injury, nothing felt the same.
New pains appeared, along with the constant fear of getting injured again. The sport that had always been my escape had turned into a source of anxiety.
As I reached my thirties, things only got worse—joint discomfort, instability… My body was sending signals I could no longer ignore.
I had to relearn everything: listening to my body, adjusting my training, and, most importantly, using the right equipment. I realized that the right gear can make all the difference between staying protected and getting injured again.
This realization led to the creation of Altix Compression Solutions—so that everyone can regain their freedom to move without fear or pain.
